Is my scale broken or is it just water weight? Either way I’ll take it!
I got up extra early and made bacon and eggs for breakfast – DH loved that!
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are long days for me because after work I head to school so I packed extra to cover lunch and dinner. Cooked up some shrimp & zucchini for dinner and had a salad for lunch – lots of different veggies/ toppings in such a small meal – lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, eggs, bacon (crumbled a little from breakfast). YUM… brought along a little cheese (love a little laughing cow in the afternoon – especially good on a celery stick!) and some pork rinds in case I got munchy for something salty and crunchy. All in all, I was satisfied all day – I actually felt hungry for lunch for the first time in I can’t remember how long – but then I would eat what I brought and was satisfied! Guess that’s a sign my metabolism is changing which can’t be a bad thing.
All in all, no carbs isn’t as hard as I thought and am super excited to see how this journey ends up.

Goal- 180 lbs
Day 2- 254.5 lbs
5.5 lbs lost!
